The following email was written by Mark Coker on January 1st, A.D. 2009 for the purpose of describing the plight of Robert Fox—a man who’s been arrested multiple times, compelled to post bail multiple times, at Jacksonville, Texas—for “crimes” that include possession of a controlled substance and possession of dangerous drugs. These dangerous drugs were antibiotics that were left in a vacant dentist’s office in a building where Robert was living and functioning as a caretaker. The dentist owned the building (which covered most of a city block) and is currently in prison for violating a parole agreement after he was convicted of income tax violations.
Fox had no idea these allegedly “dangerous drugs” were in the building. But the discovery of these drugs was used as pretext to railroad Fox because Fox is a legal reform activist and who was attempting to buy a vacant church building located within a block of the Jacksonville Police Department. The entire conflict between Fox and the Jacksonville PD is “political”. The Jacksonville PD is trying to destroy Fox: Fox is trying to sue the Jacksonville PD.
The following describes the most recent round in the Fox vs Jacksonville conflict and how a police department and local media can work together to discredit and incarcerate politically unpopular people. Fox was unpopular with the police because he has previously helped expose a former Jacksonville Police officer (described by the police chief as “exemplary”) who was accused of roughly 30 rapes and suspected of being involved in several murders and/or disappearances of witnesses. That former police officer has been convicted of several of the rapes. The Jacksonville PD nevertheless appears unforgiving concerning those (like Fox) who helped expose the “exemplary” officer.
Fox has told me that he’s convinced the Jacksonville Police want to kill him. Fox, 59 years old, reportedly suffered a heart attack after his last arrest. He was given some nitroglycerin pills and returned to the jail.
At the end of the following report, you’ll see phone numbers for a number of Jacksonville officials. If you’d like more information about the Fox story or if you’d like to let the Jacksonville officials know that “the eyes of Texas”—and the rest of The United States of America—are upon them, feel free to call those numbers. If you call, be polite. Be brief. Ask your questions (if you have any) or let them know that the People are watching.
It’s the only thing the “system” fears: public exposure. If enough people call Jacksonville, the message of “public awareness” will be communicated to the Jacksonville Police—and we might actually thereby help save Robert Fox’s life.
The balance of the text is written and/or submitted by Mark Coker:
Who Will YOU Serve Today!??? As in right after you read this letter! As in NOW? Will you do the work of apathy and do nothing because you are not affected at this time? OR will you act, and maybe pick up a phone, mail a F.O.I.A, or send a fax to let people know you are not deceived by their deeds of iniquity?!
SEND THIS TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW. WHEN THEY DEVIDE US, THEY CONQUER US…ONE AT A TIME. WHEN WE ACT TOGETHER, THEIR LIES ARE EXPOSED AND THEY SCATTER LIKE THE COCKROACHES EXTORTIONISTS AND LOW-LIFE R.I.C.O. CRIMINALS THEY ARE!
Everyone I know in this life is very busy, including me. I’m sure you are also busy. Apologies for not updating those of you who wanted an update on Mathew 25 missionary Robert Fox & the house of Israel earlier – for those of you who have been writing or are not aware of the latest abuses of power by Jacksonville, Texas Police Dept. who protect their rapists/murderers on their police force (but who the FBI luckily did not protect) and who are presently persecuting Robert Fox and the church. They have attacked Robert in a multiple prong threat matrix, and this now includes dangers to you and anyone who in any way attempts to ask questions, help, intercede, witness, ask for public information, ask for records, etc. Let me explain the latest preposterous move by JPD:
As most of you know, some people who know of Robert’s missionary work over the past years raised money again in December for Robert’s bail for this previous invented felony charge of Barratry, so Robert could be effective in filing his own lawful paperwork. Robert was free for a few days, but had a scheduled Indigency Hearing on Friday Jan. 23rd. Some mystery party contested that Robert was not indigent & had hidden wealth. They produced no witnesses with personal knowledge as required by law, and denied Robert’s bond reduction. Then he was arrested, as usual, again by JPD criminals masquerading as public servants. (As most know, Robert has no hidden wealth and they have stolen everything he did have in three paramilitary type attacks months earlier.) As they arrested him again, they informed him of yet another felony charge they had fabricated – Falsifying Documents. What documents? Sworn Affidavits attesting to JPD and other government officials’ violations of law. This has been their normal game plan – jail you for another invented offense every time you go to your hearing if you don’t play ball with them and bow to their tyranny. Police Chief Reece Daniel threatened Robert that they “had more jail cells for you than you have paper.”
Another time, Reece threatened Robert with, “You might think you know law, but you are going to find out how the law works around here,” and which was heard by Judy Scott at one of three paramilitary life threatening raids on the house of Israel within the period of a month’s time. (But I guess now, Judy is forbidden to tell the truth unless she wants to find herself a felon like prisoners in 1984 who spoke truth …and have her document summarily judged by the criminals. No one feels safe in that county for fear of being disappeared. You could become an instant felon simply for complying with 18 USC Sec. 4 – for telling the truth.) Whenever you get out of their jail, their bail bond buddies make a free $3000 per charge for doing nothing. They have extorted over $12,000 so far with Robert. Even though bond is only for the purpose of ensuring appearance, and Robert has a verifiable history of making all his appearances, they invent a new charge and attempt to eliminate his effectiveness in his own case(s) by aggravated kidnapping and putting him in their corporate-for-profit-private jails without benefit of tools necessary to prepare for his cases. Jacksonville Police Chief and Super Liar Reece Daniel has made numerous threats and defamatory remarks against Robert over a period of several months as well as the house of Israel church and any people who affiliate & who do the work of scripture.
This last book-in Reece Daniel told Robert that they “would stop attacking him, if he would stop attacking them.” This last remark further establishes that their acts/charges are purely vindictive, that their charges have zero underlying merit, and that they want the merit of Robert’s counter claims to be swept under a rug like they attempted over 30 times to sweep under a rug that they had a murdering rapist on their police force payroll whom they repeatedly defended as “exemplary officer Larry Pugh.”
Shortly thereafter, on Monday night Jan. 26th, Robert was taken to the hospital suffering a heart attack. He was given nitroglycerine & sometime after that he was returned to the Rusk County Jail. I don’t know if they may have put something in his food or if the stress had gotten to him.
Yesterday, their local paper, the Jacksonville Daily Progress, printed the below article. Robert has also filed suit on these guys for deliberately hiding information and defamation of character of himself as well as many of the associates of the house of Israel . http://www.jacksonvilleprogress.com/archivesearch/local_story_027143202.html
I’ve added my comments are in blue.

Fox charged with felony for his paper trail
Jacksonville Progress
By Kelly Young
kyoung@jacksonvilleprogress.com
Robert Fox spent the weekend in jail after Jacksonville Police Department officers arrested him Friday morning for allegedly tampering with a governmental record. The new count adds to the laundry list of crimes JPD believes Fox has committed in Cherokee County — possession of a controlled substance, possession of dangerous drugs, practicing law without a license and barratry (Why don’t they mention that these “dangerous drugs” were antibiotics normally associated with a dentist office, from which they took them? They do not deny this. They just don’t mention it in order to defame Robert and the house of Israel . Why don’t they mention ‘practicing law without a license’ is undefined, not presently being prosecuted by UPLC for lack of definition, or the fact that when they did prosecute for it, Fox beat them every time they came against him?) — and is the second felony he has been charged with.
Police Chief Reece Daniel said Fox was picked up Friday morning at the county courthouse in Rusk. Fox had been attending his own indigency hearing, attempting to prove that he cannot afford to hire legal representation, when Detective Jason Price executed the arrest warrant for tampering with a governmental record.
“Jason was there to testify in the hearing, and because we also had a warrant out for him, we thought we would kill two birds with one stone. The charge stems from some paperwork he has filed in a Smith County court, but because he delivered it and made the demands in Cherokee County , we have venue,” Daniel said. “He filed an official record with the clerk’s office, which is legally considered a governmental record. Under the law, if that record contains false information, then it has been tampered with.” (Why do they intentionally fail to mention that the document Fox filed was an Affidavit? I was with him. I know. Let me take this opportunity to say to anyone reading this commentary, that I am not suicidal. I do not intend now or ever intend to commit suicide. So if you find me suicided somewhere in or around Jacksonville , like numerous “exemplary officer” Larry Pugh victims, I did not do it. It is forbidden by my sincerely held religious beliefs.)
And Daniel said the documents are littered with false information.
“He has filed documents all over Cherokee County claiming that we kidnapped him, committed elder abuse and other things like that, and is demanding $30 million for restitution,” Daniel said. “We had valid search and arrest warrants each time he has been arrested, (Well, no, you did not. You could not even produce a warrant for over a month, and when you did, the elements say it had to be for a felony and the only charges were misdemeanors. Then a judge can only sign one warrant, had it been valid to begin with, in the first place. This “judge” signed three fishing trip warrants and was too stupid [or maybe just corrupt] to know that it had to be issued for a felony…and only one time…and with specific intent to search for specific items. But, of course, that only matters in places where law matters! I’m sure Reece will ‘fix’ it.) so quite obviously the kidnapping accusation is false. Filled with nothing but fictitious charges, these documents basically amount to attempted extortion.” No these documents amount to sworn multiple Affidavits under penalty of perjury by multiple people witnessing aggravated kidnapping by force of arms for which scripture calls manstealing and for which the penalty is DEATH!
Chapter 37.10. of the Texas Penal Code defines tampering with a governmental record as making, presenting or using any record, document or thing with knowledge of its falsity and with the intent that it be taken as a genuine governmental record.
According to Daniel, JPD filed the crime as a second-degree felony because under Section 37.01(2)(D)(2) of the penal code, it feels the intent of the offense was to defraud or harm the city of Jacksonville and its law enforcement officers. (Well, it’s at least good to know that the criminal complaints filed by Affidavit can be summarily adjudicated by the criminals being accused. I wonder if those records have now summarily disappeared, never to be seen again. It’s a good thing exemplary officers cannot be charged for anything in Jacksonville…not even Larry Pugh…unless the FBI somehow gets brought into it. The thirty some odd women who filed those hateful and harmful rape complaints against JPDs “exemplary officer” Larry Pugh found themselves in the same situation as Robert – charged with false charges and/or dead.)
“It is more or less a form of retaliation against the police for doing their jobs. (Yes, if their job is to lie! If their job is to fabricate! If their job is to retaliate, steal, & kidnap without due process?) At some point we had to stop him from cluttering up the county clerk’s office with false, frivolous documents, and I think this is the best way to do it,” he said. “We are looking very closely right now at his friends and cohorts who have been making similar filings. We intend to file the same charge on each of them that we can identify as being a false governmental record.” Well, there you have the threat. If I sign an Affidavit of what truly happened, they are sending notice that I, also, will be made an instant felon and imprisoned Abu Graib/Guantanamo style like David Baugh & Robert Fox. NO thank you. I won’t stop telling the truth, but I won’t be taken in on false charges either.
Bond was set for Fox at $30,000. As of Monday evening, Fox is still in custody at the Cherokee County Jail.
Approximately two weeks ago Randy Kelton and I found that the new church property the house of Israel acquired across from the Jacksonville Police Dept., had been broken into and vandalized. We have no idea at this time the extent of the damage or what the JPD may, or may not, have planted there or taken from there. It was getting dark, and I do not know if anyone has gone back, or is willing to go back, now that they are attempting to turn anyone who sings an Affidavit into felon who may be disappeared like David Baugh.
Randall Kelton is trying to get the case(s) removed to Austin , where the people who have criminal complaints filed on them, are not the self-appointed judge and jury. The law in Texas says it takes two credible witnesses that someone cannot get a fair trial in a certain county, but I’m sure anyone who does so would also get arrested by order of Reece Daniel if they testified to this obvious fact in Cherokee County .
Unfortunately Alex Jones’ show today (Jan 28th) dovetails with this jailing of the populace perfectly, discussing the now admitted FEMA prison camps. If you did not listen to it today, listen to the replay of the first hour at the link below!!! He hits points I do not have time to address, but the federal government is now openly admitting these FEMA camps that they said “did not exist” do exist and have stated how they are going to use them and fill them! If you said anything about them before today, you were a “conspiracy kook nut”, but if you say it after today, you’re not. This is not a partisan issue. They were being built under Bush I, Clinton, Bush II, and Obama. All administrations have gone along with it. Guantanamo is moving to multiple private FEMA prisons right at home, and you are all invited! But do your own historical research. Germany did not fill up their death camps in overnight. It took them over 10 years as they divided, defamed, and conquered certain groups while their war machine, like ours, also turned on their people. Heed:
First they came for the Communists,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t a Communist.
Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I wasn’t a Jew.
Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn’t speak up,
because I was a Protestant.
Then they came for me,
and by that time there was no one
left to speak up for me.
by Rev. Martin Niemoller, 1945
Who will speak up for Robert Fox & David Baugh if not you?
Who will hold the county commissioners, the mayor, the newspaper, the lawless JPD, the municipal court, the county court, accountable if not you? Who will inform them we are watching? And that we will not tolerate their lawlessness?
If you do ask questions and get answers that you think are worth noting by Affidavit, please forward it to my email. Be forewarned, that this type of obedience to the law, may make you an instant felon in Jacksonville . Who knows? It might qualify you for the ‘red list’ nationwide! Then again, you could just go with the flow like a dead fish…try to stay under the radar and accept doormat slave status. If you are just a gawker and want to know anything else, wait a couple of months for my next update…if I’m around…when I have time…and be apathetic ultimately taking no action. I’m tired of wishy-washy gutless people & do-nothing gawkers. You know what I know up to this point. Listen or call in to www.RuleOfLawRadio.com with Randy Kelton & Deborah Stevens for further information as they may address the matter. And pray for Robert & David’s health and that justice be done on this earth as in Heaven. Then help make that justice happen by taking some kind of action.
Peace Unto All,
Mark

“The most important asset a police officer can own is an ethical personality. Without honor and the values to do the right thing in every situation, a police officer cannot live up to the oath each officer takes.”
I can vouch that this guy is absolutely right, and wouldn’t know ethics or a constitution if either bit him. I wonder if he has the Freudian need to put such a statement out there for his own “exemplary officer”actions or those of conspirator Jason Price, rapist/murderer Larry Pugh and other criminals with whom he conspires to disregard law. His resume implies he worked for the FBI at one session of one 1998…maybe he they couldn’t stand him either or maybe he’s just on some kind of pathetic Lom Horiuchi Public Relations Task Force.

Interesting take, a little over the top though.
One person’s opinion is that JPD Chief Daniel’s banal preoccupation with Robert Fox will be to the determent of the corrupt elements in Cherokee County.
Your blog refers to a January 27, 2009 report of Robert Fox’s jail time; however his arrest after his “fugitive terrorist on the loose” propaganda piece was on December 5, 2008.
Source: http://www.tylerpaper.com/article/20081205/NEWS01/812050348
This arrest was not widely reported because it meant Fox was obviously not a flight risk.
Good or bad, Robert Fox prefers to clog up the court system by lashing out like the uneducated indigent he is. Just like his counterparts in Cherokee County, he has broken the laws of the great State of Texas. His crime is the unlawful practice of Law in a county full of drunken court appointed attorneys. His mistake is giving egomaniacal small town cops a topic to distract locals away from the stinking corruption going on around them.
Now with the help of the Cherokee County district attorney, another fictitious law has been plucked out of the nether-regions to use against Fox: falsifying and tampering with government records charges against a man with an obvious mental and social disorder. The Jacksonville TX police department is following this modus operandi because the city cannot take another civil rights suit settlement. They should lay off the media attention grabbing topic and go back to illegally tape recording motel phone conversations. Before someone like Alex Jones or Matt Drudge goes up there and starts digging.

I’m wondering Many Things and One is EVIDENCE. Please share the INFORMATION used here on these cases. Another is “The Pick Up Juries” employed hmmmm Pick Up Juries were declared unconstitutional after the Civil War I’m thinking. Anyway Yes Share the Official Informations Please Because False Informations are well Tampering with Government Records I’m thinking ROFLMAO. UPL is NOT Filing Civil Rights Matters or Representing Ones Self That is NOT UPL

As someone who has been victimized by the police in Texas I have no doubt whatsoever that every word of the Robert Fox story is true. I mean, there’s something wrong with the state of Texas, more and more people around the country are coming to finally believe it, and really, the truth is, when a collective group of people get together to tell a lie…there’s just not much you do but fight back. You have to fight back….otherwise they’ll win…and that’s just not what this country is all about today.
