Judge Andrew Napolitano recently interviewed congressmen Connie Mack (R; Florida) and Allen West (R; Florida). During that 6 minute interview, Judge Napolitano posed a question (at about 4:25) to Congressman West about the current financial condition of the US government. Congressman West replied and, at about 4:55 in the interview said, “The President is the chief executive officer of this corporation called the United States of America”.
It is conceivable that Congressman West misspoke when he described the USA as a “corporation”. Perhaps he was speaking figuratively. Metaphorically. Analogically.
On the other hand, it’s also conceivable that Congressman West actually told the truth: that what passes for a federal government today is a recently-chartered “corporation” rather than the express charitable trust created by the Constitution of the United States. President Obama may be acting in the capacity of the CEO of a corporation rather than as chief executive officer of a charitable trust created by the People in A.D. 1788.
Congressman West’s assertion that the United States of America is a mere corporation is consistent with the report at Manta.com that “The White House Office” located at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington DC 20500-0003 is a private company. incorporated in the District of Columbia in A.D. 1987. That information is provided by Dun & Bradstreet (see, http://www.manta.com/c/mm768f4/the-white-house-office).
For further information on the our government–the corporation and/or conglomerate–see “The White House Inc.” at: http://adask.wordpress.com/2010/12/12/the-white-house-inc/; “Somethin’ Funny’s Goin’ On Here” (http://adask.wordpress.com/2010/08/10/somethin-funnys-goin-on/#more-902); or look under the “Category” “Government as Corporate Conglomerate” (http://adask.wordpress.com/category/government-as-corporate-conglomerate/)
If our current government is primarily a conglomerate of private corporations, then it’s almost certainly a for-profit entity. While this private company may have great power, it has no more authority over the American people than Walmart. The body of evidence that our government is a corporate conglomerate composed of private companies is growing–and it’s evidence that a bunch of smart, treasonous fascists have tried to overthrow the constitutional Government of the United States.
Whatcha gonna do about it?
