1979 Interview with Phil Donohue

Mr. Friedman shows that “Greed” = “Individual Self-Interest” and implies that both terms are very close to the concept of Freedom

Anonymous Revenge: Interpol site down after hacktivists arrested

Anonymous with Guy Fawkes masks at Scientology...

You can’t have a police state without massive, central government computers.  The fascist governments of the western world are absolutely dependent on their computers to maintain control over their people.  However, that dependence creates a problem:  increased access to the governmental computers.

For example, the police have computer terminals in most police cars that allow officers to have instant access to local, state and national data bases stored on distant computers.  The multiplicity of computer terminals makes it fairly easy for “hacktivists” to also access and “hack” into the police computers.  The more a government relies on computers, the more easily government computers can be “hacked” into.

Sec’y of Treasury Geithner Facing Criminal Charges!

Deutsch: Offizielles porträt des US-Finanzmini...

Image via Wikipedia

The sky is falling! The sky is falling!

It’s almost inconceivable that a man of Timothy Geithner’s stature could be charged criminally for almost anything–so long as he’s associated with the Obama administration.

The fact that Geithner may be charged criminally could be evidence of extraordinary fracture lines in federal government.  It’s not impossible that Geithner’s liability could signal something very much like the onset of a breakdown or collapse in the Obama administration.  At minimum, men like Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and US Attorney General Eric Holder may be charged, brought to trial and perhaps convicted and even incarcerated.   Our “mighty men” may no longer be above the law.  More, there may even be a cadre of honest men in government who are gaining the upper hand.

Whew!  I wouldn’t have thought it possible.

Buckle up.

Cartel Dumps 102.5 Million Ounces of Paper Silver in 7 Minutes, Yet RAID FAILS!

The Silver Doctor posted the following chart as part of an article that describes a recent attempt by the “cartel” in charge of artificially suppressing the price of silver.  This dump represented 15% of the world’s annual supply of silver.  The attempted dump failed miserably.

The chart illustrates that last Friday, February 24th, the “cartel” used a computer program to “dump” 102.5 million ounces of paper silver on the market in the span of just 7 minutes.  It’s virtually certain that the purpose for this computerized “raid” was to cause the price of silver to plummet.  It would’ve been presumed that once the sudden sale of over 100 million ounces of silver took place, the rest of the market would’ve stampeded to sell their silver, too, and the price might’ve fallen disastrously.  More, if price of silver cold be made to suffer a sudden and dramatic fall, that “disaster” would scare most prospective buyers away from the silver market and help keep prices down for months to come.

Eat More Pot!

English: pot leaf

Image via Wikipedia

I’m an alcoholic–but I haven’t had an alcoholic beverage in 35 years.  I used to smoke 2 or 3 packs of cigarettes (when I was drinking), but I haven’t had a cigarette in 34 years.   I don’t drink iced tea or soft drinks.  I’ve had one Coca Cola in the past 20 years.  I don’t drink anything but water.  I tried a few drugs when I was in my teens and twenties, but I’ve never spent a dime buying illegal drugs.  My drug of choice was always alcohol.

I don’t do drugs.  Except for a few experiments when i was a kid, I never really have.

I make these statements to establish that I do not recommend that anyone use any drugs–unless compelled to do so by medical necessity.  I don’t want any of my readers to suppose that the video below is intended to advocate drug use.

But the following video makes a compelling case for the benefits to found in eating cannabis as a raw vegetable rather than smoking (heating) it so as to become a drug.

Ron Paul Comparison

Ron Paul is allegedly the one candidate who can’t be elected.  That’s a bunch of crap, of course.  But the following chart may explain why it’s so important for some persons to advocate Paul’s “unelectability”:  Paul is adamantly opposed to a lot of governmental programs that generate a lot of money for special interests or control for the government:

Figures Lie, and Government Economists Figure

English: U.S. map with counties labeled by FIP...

Image via Wikipedia Unemployment Rates by County

Bill Clinton observed that, when it comes to elections, “It’s all about the economy, stupid.”  Clinton might also have said, when it comes to elections, “It’s all about the appearance of the economy, stupid.”  In either case, while there are other important considerations in elections, the economy is the voters’ primary concern and economic statistics are one of the politician’s principle weapons.

In the coming election, the Republicans can tar Obama with a number of economic statistics.  For example, since Obama took office: 1) the number of people unemployed for more than 52 weeks rose from 15% to over 30%; 2) There are 1.2 million fewer jobs; 3) worker health insurance costs increased 23%; 4) the price of gasoline has increased by 90%; 5) home values have fallen by another 13%; 6) the number of new home sales hit consecutive record lows in A.D. 2009, 2010 and 2011; 7)  the number of Americans living in poverty has increased by over 6 million; 8) Americans dependent on food stamps have increased by 14 million to 46 million; 9)  the national debt has increased by 44%.

Here’s another one.  Given that gas prices are rising–perhaps up to $5/gallon–here are some suggestions on how to reduce your use of gasoline.

The Essential Struggle

Benjamin Franklin, John Adams and Thomas Jeffe...

Image via Wikipedia

As seen in our “Declaration of Independence,” this country started with the principles that 1) “all men are created equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights”; and 2) “that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men”.  The first principle elevated all men from the status of subjects to the status of individual sovereigns.  The second principle declared that the purpose of government was to secure each individual man’s rights of sovereignty, and reduced government from the status of master to the status of public servants.

These two principles had never before been seen in an earthly government and are the foundation for the “republican form of government” guaranteed in our federal and State constitutions as well as “American exceptionalism”.

In A.D. 1793, the Supreme Court declared in Chisholm vs Georgia that the American people were “sovereigns without subjects”.   “Sovereigns“–plural.  Not one sovereign (as in a monarchy); a multitude of sovereigns.  Given that that case was decided just four years after the adoption of the Constitution, the Supreme Court had to know what the status of the American people was.  There’s no mistake.  This nation was conceived on the idea that every man (and woman) was an individual sovereign.
