Fox News.  Judge Andrew Napolitano.  In March, H.R. 347 was signed into law by Obama.  According to Judge Napolitano, that bill makes political free speech in the presence of the President a felony.

So far as I know, this law has not yet been applied or abused.  Even so, Judge Napolitano’s description is appalling.

1752 . Restricted building or grounds

    (a). Whoever

    (1) Knowingly enters or remains in any restricted buildings or grounds without any LAWFUL authority to do so …

As the Act uses LAWFUL rather than LEGAL can anyone tell me why this act does not apply to Obama himself? Is he occupying the white house lawfully? Anyone care to charge him with this offense? Isn’t he constantly in the presence of the Secret Service?

      palani,

I think the questions should be…..

Why did Two Republicans from Florida sponsor the H.R. 347 and feel the need for such a law? And….

Why did “only” 3 House members vote against it? And…..

Why did many House members choose to not vote at all on two separate votes for the bill? Who is poking at their goats and making them have fears?

Is the Bill intended to protect Obama or is it really intended to protect Romney or the following Communist / Fascist Presidents to come?

HEY! Saying “THE KING HAS NO CLOTHES ON!” is a FELONY!

They have been preparing for a civil war for a long time.

The Congress and President lack the authority and jurisdiction to enfore this law outside of D.C.
