With your permission,I’d like to make the same Declaration as it would apply to my area here in “The Constitution of The State of Texas” and in my said county as well.Awaiting your reply……….

I wish I had a mentor to help with this legal stuff. Thanks for posting this it is a great help.I think I will hang it on my door so when constables come to the door it will speak for itself. should I post it as a notice or a Declaration of Domicile?

God only knows. It’s unfortunate, but the only way you’ll really learn this “stuff” is by doing it yourself over a period of years. It’s hard work. But once you do finally begin to really “see” how this system operates, you may become a sufficiently dangerous man that the constables won’t bother coming to your door.

“The State” / “This State” Paradigm
Greetings Brother Alfred:
“State” is short for state-of-consciousness, or condition-of-being.
Where there is a larger degree of ignorance being lived-out, there is a more hell-ish, satanic state being declared, and manifested. In your terms, known as “This State”.
Where there is a larger degree of integrity being lived-out, there is a more civil, moral state being declared, and manifested. In your terms, known as “The State”.
Both of the above are colors of the hu(e)-man condition.
Those who are first seeking to know, and furthermore, realizing within themselves, God’s will, Christ’s kingdom, are the one’s whom are living in the only True state of Liberty, known as the Kingdom of Heaven, or the Kingdom of God…where Peace, Love, and Joy are Sovereign.
