Anonymous: “A Call To Arms” and a Declaration of War

27 Jan

video        00:08:20     I’d thought that Anonymous was primarily a bunch of computer geeks with a libertarian philosophy.  This video indicates that Anonymous is far more conservative than I’d supposed.  Anonymous apparently understands and embraces fundamental values on which The United States of America was founded.

Anonymous; probably some hegelian psy-op to stir up trouble. Some guy with a computer generated voice wearing a Guy Fawkes mask made popular in the V for Vendetta movie. What a sham.

Faith in the U.S. constitution is no more than faith in a piece of paper. The U.S. constitution is a contract we are not party too.

I recommend reading Lysander Spooner’s; No Treason: The Constitution of No Authority.

The Constitution is not a “contract”–it’s a trust.

Why did the constitution have to be ratified and have a bunch of signatures on it? Looks like a contract to me.

The founders weren’t both brilliant enough to write documents like the Declaration of Independence and Constitution of the United States, and ignorant enough to suppose those documents were only contracts binding only the signatories. If the only people the Declaration and Constitution applied to where the signatories, King George would never have bothered fighting the American Revolution nor would George Washington.

Big deal. 50 geeks signed a couple of documents binding only on the 50 geeks. Who cares?

Would today’s government be any more concerned if you, I, and 48 others signed some contract that only bound we 50 individuals men and women? I can’t see why.

The Founders knew very well that they were not signing contracts. That’s why–in addition to the signatures–the documents had to be expressly supported ratified by the majority of the People of the States. The ratification tells us that the documents are not merely binding on the signatories, but also binding on those who didn’t actually sign the documents, but who voted for or even against ratification of the documents. If the majority voted to support these new documents and the minority really, really disliked being bound by the terms of the new documents, the minority could start their own “revolutionary war” against the majority of ratifying people and–if they succeeded force of arms in separating themselves from the new States, then they could write their own documents.

Ultimately, the force of the Declaration and Constitution is maintained by people’s refusal to fight and kill to escape the terms of those documents. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s not a contract. It’s a trust wherein We the People are the grantors of certain of our own God-given powers to the government, and those in the government are deemed fiduciary who exercise those limited powers for benefit of the remainder of the People who are not fiduciaries in this “governmental trust” and are therefore its beneficiaries.

For example, I could create a trust right now for the benefit of grandchildren who has not yet been named, born or even conceived. Even though my grandchildren now or to be have not capacity to sign this proposed trust document, the would still be parties to the resulting trust document. Same principle applies to We the People. Although we have no individually signed or even ratified the Declaration/Constitution, we are still deemed to be beneficiaries of that trust instrument–provided we can properly identify ourselves as one of the “People” and haven’t done anything stupid (like taking a SSN) to compromise our status and identity as one of the “People”.

At bottom, every earthly government is based on the presumption that those within its presumed jurisdiction have consented to be subject to that jurisdiction. If you deny that presumption, be prepared to be jailed or to fight–perhaps to the death.

No one has exclusive use of the “Anonymous” brand. The name is in the public domain. Anyone can use it, so there is no reason to expect the name to correspond to a unique person or organization. The beliefs and values promoted under the “Anonymous” brand are as diverse as the people using it.

This particular video, with its appeal-to-emotion imagery and appeal-to-emotion soundtrack, looks like a cornball production straight out of Hollywood. To call for a “revolution” by We the People is nonsensical, since we are already the legal and lawful authority in this country. What’s needed is a police action by us to rout out the vipers and thieves, not a riot starring you at the business end of a nightstick on the evening use. By simply agitating for a “revolution” without a careful plan, the producers of this video mean to incite mere impulsiveness, which never wins in politics and would, as it always does, play into the hands of the real revolutionaries working for the think tanks of the NWO.

While Anon4fun is absolutely correct in his summation of the “Anonymous” brand, I tend to be VERY SKEPTICAL of any ‘rant’ or ‘chant’ for revolution. I suggest ANY one who so wishes, should once again listen carefully & PRAYERFULLY to Ben Morgan’s reasoning in his speech in the Charleston Legislature, (The Patriot). If you’ve NEVER been on a genuine field of combat, then you aught not be too quick to call for such, as it MIGHT just happen, (EXACTLY what B.O.{duh stink’a uh D.C.} WANTS!) We are better advised to do our INDIVIDUAL BEST to PREpare, get others to, and to begin creating a TRIBE! Let’s belay rhetoric, and maximize active PREPS…

See the thing with revolution is … I think it is a sentiment from Will Rogers … If stupidity got us in this mess then why can’t stupidity get us out? The answer is revolution. Stupidity can get us out but I doubt if it is going to provide any long term solution.

Want to get out? Get smart!!!!

Why NOT have a bit of faith in some really good books and documents? Would you prefer the Communist Manifesto and Playboy on your coffee table?

Why does this masked guy refer to us as keeping a “democracy”? Is he revealing his ignorance? All democracies end in tyranny and destruction. Always have. We are to keep our “republic”—-an association governed by God’s common law and golden rule, using real gold and silver coin currency, as revealed in beloved Scripture. period. A freedom-loving republic is our heritage. We must keep it or die trying. It is not too late.

We must get back to some common sense and cut out the horse sh-t. Why is it okay for other peoples in other countries to take a strong united stand for their own cultures, families, jobs, and religion? But not okay for us in the USA? We are supposed to bend our knee to every whim of all minority groups. Up with them—down with us. Do we think so little of ourselves and the future of our own children? Has complacency taken us past the point of no return? Believe me, “THEY” are hoping so!

Well if the constitution is a contract it has no signatories and is missing most elements of a contract. Unless you think witnesses to a document are signatories, because that is all that signed it, witnesses. It has all the elements of a trust document if you examine it and have studied trust law at all. Lysander Spooner was correct though, there is no authority to enforce it on anyone but those whom have a sworn oath to it. they are the trustees (sworn or affirmed public servants), We the People, are the beneficiaries and can delegate administrative authority or do it ourselves as sovereign men and women. We are in fact, The State as individuals. Anonymous probably has agent inciters but they are not government in general but a loose conglomeration of anyone prone to the ideals of freedom and liberty and the destruction of the current corporate terrorist so called governments, and who could blame them? They are everyone of US seeking the truth in all the lies, fraud and terrorism of the current system. I am Anonymous!

The tone and style of this video is different from the earlier ones I saw. I think this was done by a different person/group. I think it could be a false flag or PsyOps. It just seems different to me. I am suspicious.

The early Anonymous vids called for Bernanke’s resignation. When he did not resign, they started the Occupy movement. Brilliant. This last vid – not so brilliant.

VERY GOOD IDEA CHAPLIN, although I’d advise that you also pray SPECIFICALLY for what sort of spirit you’re supporting by you prayers, as not all of the characters playing with anonymous are of the Spirit of God. Also, “Peg-Power” and “James Michael”, I WHOLE HEARTEDLY AGREE! (tho, my above statement MIGHT have seemed that I was discouraging SERIOUS resistance to tyranny, what I was discouraging, is “false or liquor bravado”.

40 yrs. in Missions, (12 in foreign fields), taught me that, BOTH discernment, AND humility are essential ingredients to resisting evil. The ability to DISCERN EVIL, (as it is often EXTREMELY SUBTLE), and the humility to CALL UPON THE LORD, “draw neigh to God…”, “Trust in the Lord with All of thy heart, and lean not to they own understanding”, “there is a time of war, and a time of peace; a time to kill, and a time to heal”; “Wisdom is the principle thing, therefore get wisdom, but, with all of thy getting, get understanding”.

Knowing WHEN is the time, and WHAT is the best way, is imperative at this juncture in life.

One if by land, two if by sea. Three from within, and three it be !!!

If this has been the first “Call To Arms” you have seen recently – YOU ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION.

If you don’t think its possible – Then you don’t understand our American Exceptionalisim and Birth
    Right, Heritage.

If you think, at this point, an all out revolution is the answer – You don’t understand the proposed enemy nor Gorilla tactics.

Learn from history. So they read all electronic communications. Hand out flyers to the truths YOU see around you. Film the Servants in public places, CONTINUALLY! Hold them accountable (Gov. officials = servants, and I would go so far as to say this is OUR real threat to OUR National Security)
Talk to your neighbors. Form small PRIVATE community watches.
I do not advocate anything. I merely talk, think and share what I see as the truths around me with others. If by chance 3 million of us find our truths generally aling then there will already be a CIVIL DEFENSE SYSTEM in our hands. A call to arms will be Natural.

The following is not my material. I see what I see. 3% Started the last revolution on these shores. About 5% were instrumental in its VICTORY. The rest didnt matter then, and they wont matter now, they have a HISTORY of quiet acuiessence to most things. # million is about as many of us that I know of out there Talking to others, sharing and thinking. If one day it all comes to a head revolution will be NATURAL, unstoppable and no quarter asked, no quarter give. Let the Nurimburg or Bil,diberg Trials begin. Like I said…
    ———————————————————————————————————————————-
Found on a bathroom wall somewhere in the U.S.A.

You’ve taken over my mind. You’ve raped my thoughts with your image viruses then sold me fake cures for your own disease. Your words and pictures scream orders at me like angry prison wardens. When I cover my ears, your voices echo in my head. I hate you. When I see your billboards, your talk shows, your rock concerts and your factories, when I see the work of your twisted libidos, I want to kill you. I want to set fires, plant bombs, derail trains. I want to smash your buildings and tear at your bodies until the skin of my hands is worn to the bone. I am filled with a rage that burns my eyes.

I don’t want to feel this way. You have done this to me. These feelings are the fruits of your multi-billion dollar sowing. And I am not alone. There are others like me out here. Every suicide, every madman, every man and woman who gets a gun and just starts shooting — these are your illegitimate children. They don’t all know what they are doing. All they know is hate for the invisible walls which you have raised around them, hate for the narrow path you have tried to make them walk. And the innocent pay in blood for your negligence.

Remember this: My mind is big. The more you try to push me down and make me small, the greater the pressure inside me becomes. The greater the pressure, the greater the chance of an explosion. There was once a time when I felt love, but now I feel only hate and anger, and fear at what I might do. And you can tell me to “BE HAPPY,” but I know that you really mean “BE QUIET”.

Believe me, I want to be happy. You stand in my way.

My unhealthy apathy is slowly becoming righteous indignation.

      So What if….

So what if they didn’t need to round up all the YELLOW STAR citizens and haul them off to concentration camps

So What if they convinced us to demand Auschwitz style genocide delivered to our door in thirty minuets or less

So what if they start establishing torture as an acceptable foreign policy or Tasers (originally a non-lethal alternative) to be used as a compliance device.
So what if they start establishing a secret prison system outside the rule of LAW and DUE PROCESS

So what if they start a no FLY or other secret data bases of the citizens they purportedly serve.

So what if they start a See something, Say something (snitch) network or reporting system. ( my mama taught me to mind my own business, I trust her values A LOT more)

So what if they started an assassination list, death by DRONE of anybody worldwide who oppose the SERVANTS. (don’t I remember the CENSUS sending somebody to EVERY SINGLE DWELLING, A MASSIVE UNDERTAKING, RECORDING THE gps OF EVERY HOUSE).

This tells us plenty about Anonymous, since the Occupy movement is a confirmed astroturf project of George Soros.
