That is very cool. Not sure why you need to be younger, though. Fun works at every age, as far as I know… : )

I’m pushing 70. My bones and joints aren’t as strong as they once were. I can see that flying that glider would be incredible fun, but breaking bones at my age isn’t that cool.

Plus, it would probably take me six months–and some money–just to become sufficiently comfortable with para-sailing etc. to step into that Archaeopteryx. And then there’s the cost of buying one. I’ll bet that glider and trailer are pricey.

But if I were 20 years younger, I don’t think I’d care about any of that. I think I’d get one of those Archaeopteryx if I had to steal it and jump in and try flying it without any instruction, whatsoever.

It’s actually a good thing that I’m not 50. I’d be stronger and more spontaneous, but I’d also be be dumber.

You would love Microsoft Flight Simulator X Gold Edition. Has every airport in the world on it & every airplane you can think of to choose from to fly including the gliders. Real world weather too.
If you were in a glider, it would be identical, scenery included as to the video you posted. However, I do not see how you would have time for it.

      Hey Dear Yartap,
Do you remember the song, “I’ll fly away in the morning”?

Jerry – I’m sorry, but I don’t believe I know the song. If you could hum a few bars, maybe I could remember. Ha!Ha!

    OK, here goes, Im-muh hummun

On that happy morning when this life is over I’ll fly away, to that land on God’s celestial shore, I’ll fly away. I’ll fly away oh glory I’ll fly away in the morning. When I die,Hallelujah, by & by I’ll fly away.

That’s just part of it. I believe “Hallelujah” is another “name” for YHWH too. It, the song actually says, starts out,>Some glad morning < but I sometimes change things. I think the 9th Article in addition also called the 9th amendment gives me this "privilege." The Author might not approve of this, however, but who am I offending when I'm by myself, alone, putting in my own words that fit me a little better? I'm certainly not changing the meaning.

Yes! I know the song and have sang the song! I know the song just as “I’ll Fly Away.”

@ > Yes! I know the song and have sang the song! I know the song just as “I’ll Fly Away.”

I believe you are right. I’ll fly way. But Yartap I need to know if I hummed it well. Did I humm it like a hummun bird? Ain’t this a bummer, I’m not a good hummer. Oooooh hummin bird hummin bird sing me your song. See how it lingers? Like the hum hum of her humming bird heart. Then we have, she’s a good hearted woman in love with a “good timing man.” Yes, he loved his “good times” more than her good love, so it works both ways. Like does not always attract like. When it does,i.e. like attracts like we are complete. If it does not, we are finished. This the difference in what complete means v. what finished means. (: p.s. are you still my pal ? I hope so. I wish palani would be my pal.
