“Mad Scientist” Makes Innovative Foods

This video isn’t about law or politics.  It’s about a man (Homaro Cantu)  who, as a child, was homeless for three years and started to work in the restaurant business.  Over time he began to “see” and innovate.  The result–molecular gastronomy– is fascinating.

    This guy personifies the “American Dream”. He started out destitute, and through his intelligence and initiative and imagination has created something amazing and successful. An inspiration. Compare to the average guy in this country who makes choices in his life to be a parasite off the “system” that discourages traditional work ethics and innovation and encourages the welfare mentality.

    I am impressed by his knowledge of chemistry and sugars in the diet, and his natural solutions. We should all take note. After a lifetime of not being concerned about what I eat, I am now consciously and subconsciously backing off of “suragy stuff”. About time.
