Police Caught on Video Beating a Woman

The video below is unremarkable.  Two cops beat up some woman.  It’s not like it’s never happened before.  If you’re inclined, you can probably find hundreds of videos on YouTube of police caught beating seemingly innocent people.

But this video is different because I saw it posted on when I opened my email account this morning.

YouTube publishes everything.  When it comes to police abuse videos, YouTube posts lots of them.  But in doing so, YouTube seems to be so much of an “alternative” media outlet, that we’re not surprised or impressed by police abuse videos.  YouTube has volume, but it doesn’t have “weight”.

But Yahoo, on the other hand, strikes me as more “mainstream” than YouTube.  Yahoo has more credibility, more “weight” with the average American.

So, when I see a police abuse video posted on Yahoo (right next to a video about whatever Mariah Carey wore at a recent concert), I’m impressed.  The Yahoo posting tells me that police abuse is no longer a fringe issue, but has instead become as “mainstream” as Mariah Carey’s costumes.  If so, we can expect to see police abuse as an increasingly important issue in the mainstream media as well as in the A.D. 2014 election.

The rising tide against police abuse reminds me of President Obama’s recent announcement that the war on terror must wind down and even his use of drones to assassinate “terrorists” would also be diminished.  It’s too early to say for sure, but it appears that the “imperial” federal government and the heretofore growing “police state” know that they’ve gone too far, become so overtly tyrannical that they’ve alienated too many Americans.  Perhaps Obama, the government and the cops realize they’re going to have to rehabilitate their images by “playing nice” for a while.

If so, that’s evidence that we’re winning.  Our dissidents’ numbers are growing too large to be ignored.

Beyond disturbing for me. A similar beating happened to me except it was in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Maricopa County jail in Arizona. In this case it was 8 to 10 very large women guards that I’d like to refer to as Bull Dykes. (I know, not supposed to use those words).

After informing everyone, including the Governor, Attorney General, local courts, etc. I went off the radar out of fear. I know. I’m not supposed to be afraid either. Over two years have past, and I still don’t know how to address my issue. I keep reading and studying, hoping to find a remedy. What I’ve learned is that there appears to be no remedy. Maybe that is the remedy.

When I filed a counterclaim, into the case, serving those that I thought were to be served, I sent a copy to Risk Management. They were the only ones that responded. They responded by saying they were self insured, no one was bonded, and if I heard back from them, or if I didn’t hear back from them, I had no claim, citing FRCP 12(b)(6). Even writing this now, I’m wondering how they used FRCP, but maybe it was the same thing except a state statute.

The video brings back nightmares. A friend suggested I post something on craigslist, asking if it happened to anyone else. Last year a man was beaten to death in the same jail. A lawsuit was filed. Probably will settle out of court.

Sheriff Joe is supposed to be some kind of good guy because he is taking on the Feds over racial profiling of illegal immigrants. It appears he also survived a recent recall. As far as I am concerned, they are all despicable excuses for people and are nothing but lower lifeforms.

The IRS was incorporated on July12, 1933. It is a private collection company, not a branch of the executive branch of government.

I have a similar problem Xena!
I am trying to use the Canons Rules of Ethics…here is the main website, from the Vatican’s website itself….

First you must deny fiduciary duty to the charge, and then accept the oath of office of all court officers, and convene the court of record, then appoint the judge trustee of the trust account that’s in your all caps name, wish him/her to zero the balance, and clear the record. You are the “living beneficiary” of the trust, have a copy of your birth certificate with you to prove the trust and you are alive. ( Your “WISH” is their COMMAND!) do not demand anything, just make it your wish. When you accept their Oaths, bind them to it, and accept their bond, and convene a court of record, they are turned into the public officers/servants they pretend to be. There are 12 presumptions that must be rebutted before your court date. These I have found in the Canons…on the website…Canon 3229 under Article 299 Roman Court(3225 to 3229).

Haven’t had my court date set yet, but this is the root I am taking. If all else fails, ask them if they are now, or ever have been a member of the communist party. That will get a reaction out of them. In Georgia, Title 45-3-13-15 Georgia Codes annotated they have to have a loyalty oath, the last line explicitly states, “I am not a member of the communist party.” Their oaths cannot have that in it, because all public offices are under U.N. International Law. All police are paid by the I.M.F., and are under Interpol. The Vatican is supreme Law. Its a lot to comprehend, I am not sure if I am 100% correct, but I am tired of fighting them in their own game, and am thinking outside the box of how to fight these bastards! Always rebut their assumptions/presumptions…deny being the fiduciary and make the judge the trustee. (If you’ve ever been to jail, you see some inmates wearing jumpsuits that say trustee on them, hmmmm…I am not the trustee, the judge is, maybe he should be wearing that jumpsuit instead!

Doug has developed a working strategy that should be considered by those interested in avoiding the inevitable experience of interacting with the goon squad…

    peace out, dude

which is actually worse for Americans…drugged up RAPISTS & MUGGERS…”COPS”

    or AL QUIDA ?

The zionist porch monkey in the WHITE HOUSE pretending to be “PRESIDENT” cited just one of the 17 billion bin Laden documents declassified and released to the braindeadgoy American public. And those 17 billion documents are just a tiny fraction of the hundreds of billions of documents and files captured during the May 2011 pretend raid on Abbottabad, Pakistan, hardly sufficient for any robust analysis of the al Quida network……blah, blah, blah….

Still, the selective citation of bin Laden’s files is illustrative of a larger point: When it comes to fighting Ben & Al Quida and its affiliates, the zionist sock puppet and his “advisers” see only what they want to see……hmmmm, one more time for the children in the hospital …who prints the currency and owns the MEDIA ?

Throughout his speech, Obama used the word “define” in its various forms. Why? Because maybe he seeks to define the threat from Ben and Al Quida and its billion or so affiliates in such a way that there is no longer any need for America to deploy large numbers of troops abroad….so the great great grand children of “Americans” can pay INTEREST to the ECONOMIC TERRORISTS who manufactured AL QUIDA in the first place…and the “Jewish” so-called STATE…too

A group of American business and political leaders are building a pro-Israel media “war room” in Washington, D.C. The group will be called “Emet”—which in Hebrew means “truth.” Emet will try to address biased media coverage of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and also make the case that the conflict, while serious and important, pales in comparison to the larger geo-strategic threat posed to the United States and the West by Iran and Iraq, both of whom are trying to build and/or acquire weapons of mass destruction.

    Funding Emet is Leonard Abramson; he sold U.S. Healthcare to Aetna in the mid-1990s for $8.9 billion. Abramson has recruited a powerful board of directors, including Bernie Marcus, founder of Home Depot; Les Wexner, founder of The Limited; Edgar Bronfman Sr., who once owned Seagram’s;

and Lou Ranieri, a major Wall Street player who now co-owns one of Talmudia’s largest banks. Also joining the board are Jeane Kirkpatrick, former U.S. Ambassador to the UN, and Jack Kemp….

    just sayin’….

Jack Kemp died in 2009. The article about the ‘war room’ has a date of August 2001.

well, that’s okay – someone in a recent comment just got through patiently and kindly teaching us that God didn’t breathe into woman’s nostrils (breath of life), and that she is therefore of little value comparatively – so – it really doesn’t matter if the police did beat some woman . . . Right? . . . I mean it was a recent comment right here on this blog. And so it stands to reason that it is of little importance if he did beat her. Hm?
