Napolitano on the Legality of Obama’s Attack on Syria

10 Sep

America’s favorite Nobel Peace Prize winner and former professor of constitutional law has no legal ground for ordering a military strike on Syria. If Obama attacks anyway, he could be indicted as a “war criminal”. If he doesn’t attack, he’ll have lost so much credibility with the world, the Congress and the American people that his presidency will be seriously impaired and perhaps all but terminated.

There is one more way that Obama can LEGALLY invade Syria. But to do it, he has to recognize that the Rebels are Al Qaeda and help the Syrian government repel them under the UN resolution of the past.

I don’t understand. Isn’t this what Biden accused Romney of during the 2012 presidential campaign?

Certainly there must be no reason for the Democrats to go to war when they have already chastised the Republics for that plan? Nothing two faced about this at all is there?
