    Greetings Al,

In case you never found what you were looking for, this answers the question you had awhile back about how many are killed at the hands of cops,

It is from last October, so probably understated.

Here’s a definition of “person” that includes “individual”:

28 U.S.C. § 3002 (10) “Person” includes a natural person (including an individual Indian), a corporation, a partnership, an unincorporated association, a trust, or an estate, or any other public or private entity, including a State or local government or an Indian tribe.

But still no mention of a man.

It does not mention man directly, nor does it have to because man is included under “natural person”. Here’s a bit of semantic clarification from Bouvier’s Law Dictionary:

PERSON. This word is applied to men, women and children, who are called natural persons. In law, man and person are not exactly synonymous terms. Any human being is a man, whether he be a member of society or not, whatever may be the rank he holds, or whatever may be his age, sex, etc. A person is a man considered according to the rank he holds in society, with all the rights to which the place he holds entitles him, and the duties which it imposes.

good to hear about “man or other animals” again, good refresher, I work for a grocery chain, and it is always on my mind that the officers and directors consider me and the customers as animals. With that knowedge its understandable that over half the crap we sell is not even food, it is a pile of chemicles.

I try to educate men and women about ” man or other animals” in my daily adventures and to be quite frank, the masses could care less! As you have said Al, this is a stategical tactic in the spiritual warefare being waged. It is entirely possible it won’t matter to the masses because 1, they are blind, and 2, they must be born of the water and the spirit [ Acts 2:38].

Maybe the folks are happy in theirservtude here are not many like us,that see things as they really are. I believe this man or other animals thing is so big that i’m considering making a sandwich board that says Adask— “man or other animals” and getting out on the street corner and hanging out with the rest of the sandwich board ” persons”, “animals”…

Can’t put total trust in Bouvier’s; be careful. Seems to me that you should turn the spotlight of your research on the word “human”. This word is constantly thrown around with a great deal of carelessness. HUE-man existed prior to man/womankind (Adam kind). Right now, is mankind endeavoring to be more “human”? (Hue-man rights, Hue-man decency, Hue-man compassion) And if it is, mankind is falling into deception. Satan is the father of lies. Everything has been turned on its head. Black is white. White is black. Start research with the book of Genesis and accept the facts; yet also accept the fact that complete and total REDEMPTION through Christ extends to all creation.
