ALL Courts are in, “this state”, aren’t they? How does any court in “This State” adjudicate anything for & in behalf of, “The State” ?

Al, your radio space needs much work, I would try the youtube concept for those here that wouldn’t mind doing it that way. The AVR concept while accessible to those familiar to it, does go out on the airwaves, those of us here cannot always navigate that website without being misdirected to either other shows or advertisments. Perhaps, you are precluded from making your own parallel broadcast to youtube? Otherwise, I might need to resurrect my shortwave.

A quote from Bastiat, I have always been drawn to:

“As a friend of mine once remarked, this negative concept of law is so true that the statement, the purpose of the law is to cause justice to reign, is not a rigorously accurate statement. It ought to be stated that the purpose of the law is to prevent injustice from reigning. In fact, it is injustice, instead of justice, that has an existence of its own. Justice is achieved only when injustice is absent.”

Social Justice peoples take on justice without really considering what is justice, I’ve consistently found this to be true.
