That’s like a Judge deciding to dismiss a law suit filed against himself. She should have had another Government Official from say the justice department decide what emails are confidential and which are not. She’s knows what a conflict of interest is. Sadly the judge statement is one that actually happened and justice was not served. Obviously she shouldn’t have been using a private email server in the first place when in her role as an Official.

She claims she had power as a “government official” to decide whether the email were personal or governmental. That may have been true when she was still Secretary of State. But, when the email debacle started, and when she decided which email would “personal” and which were governmental, she was no longer Secretary of State and therefore had no “official” capacity to make those decisions.

BUT!! She can also be sued in her “individual capacity” & be subject to & held accountable for her actions.

If an official that does not know about how modern technology works, only shows she had not the right nor the Intelligence to be in any position of power. Its like placing a cook as captain of a war ship, and that can only start wars, sink ships, and eventually run aground and finally SINK with all hands. If that’s the best of American Intelligence leaders’ then the whole world is in big trouble.
