Cashless Society?

Visual Capitalist created a graphic (below) entitled “The Shift to a Cashless Society is Snowballing”.  That graphic is interesting and informative. However, while there’s no doubt that there’s a trend toward a “cashless society” in the western world, I read that graphic as evidence that a truly “cashless society” won’t occur in the United States for a number of years.  The world is changing so rapidly that almost anything is possible.  Still, I’d be astonished if they could install a cashless society in less than three years.  I wouldn’t be surprised if it took more than ten.

If you take a close look at the upper left-hand corner of the graphic, you’ll see that the U.S. (actually, “North America”) is the world’s most “cashless” society.  A majority (about 52%) of North American monetary transactions already take place by means of some media other than cash.  That would certainly include credit and debit cards and probably includes checks and money orders.

For the rest of the world, the majority (even the vast majority) of monetary transactions take place by means of cash.

Even for the U.S., 48% of all of our transactions still take place with cash.

I’m only guessing, but I’ll bet there are at least 1 billion monetary transactions in the U.S. each day.  If 48% of those transactions are conducted in cash, that’s 480 million cash transactions per day.

How long do you think it will take the U.S. government to somehow convert 480 million daily cash transactions (many by people who don’t have bank accounts or even Social Security numbers) to some “cashless” media like debit or credit cards?

In the context of some “national emergency,” it might be that such conversion could take place in, say, 90 days.  But I can’t see how.  I can’t see how government could have any more success as creating a 100% “cashless” society than it’s had at establishing ObamaCare.

State of the Union vs. territorial state?

Plus, I doubt that the U.S. government really wants a cashless society.  I could be wrong, but I subscribe to the notion that government is running a second plane or venue that supplants the States of the Union (where government has limited powers) and subjects us to the unlimited powers of Congress under the pretext that we’re in some “territory” (rather than a State of the Union).

I further suspect that one of the key indicators government relies on to presume we’re in a “territory” is our voluntary use of Federal Reserve Notes.  If these theories are roughly correct, your voluntary use of FRNs is deemed to be evidence that you have voluntarily entered into the jurisdiction of a fictional territory and voluntarily left the jurisdiction of your State of the Union.

Yes, yes–I know how crazy that theory sounds.  But there’s some evidence to suggest maybe the theory might be valid.

But, if the theory is valid, it’s essential that the use of FRNs be voluntary.  To be voluntary there must be some sort of choice.  If the government were to impose a true, cashless society wherein everyone was forced to transact only by means of plastic or thumbprints or some such, we’d have no choice as to whatever currency we used.  No choice means involuntary.  Involuntary use of FRNs may provide a basis to defeat the presumption that the “voluntary” use of FRNs can be deemed evidence that we’ve “voluntarily” entered into the “territory,” voluntarily left the State of the Union, and thereby voluntarily subjected ourselves to the jurisdiction and unlimited powers of “this state” (a territory).

If the government imposed a cashless society, it might lose the presumption that the use of FRNs signaled our voluntary submission to the law and authority of a territory rather than a State of the Union.

If government really needs and relies on that presumption, it should not want to impose a cashless society.

Trust the Math

Regardless of whether the previous theory concerning States of the Union vs. fictional territories is valid or irrational, the fact remains that hundreds of millions of cash transactions take place every day in the U.S..  There’s no way that the existing banking system can absorb another several hundred million non-cash transactions each day any time soon.  There’s no way that we can wire every vending machine in the country to take only digital purchases anytime soon.

Therefore, I see no reason to fear that cash will disappear from our economy suddenly or in the near future.

Will we have a cashless society one day?  Probably.

Will we have a cashless society in the next five years?  Probably not.

Our fears of an imminent cashless society are almost certainly exaggerated and unfounded.

There are lies, damn lies, and “statistics.” – [The term was popularised in United States by Mark Twain (among others), who attributed it to the British Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli: “There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.” ] Wikipedia quote

Who in their right mind would believe any human being in “USA” (whatever that is) has walked around Asian, Eastern European, or even South African locations to identify what percentage of the population has VISA cards… And even what percentage of that percentage uses them for daily purchases. That sort of information isn’t available on the internet.

I did not know I had an alternative to FRNs. Walk into WalMart and try and use a silver coin. Don’t do credit cards.

I can’t prove it but I strongly suspect that the reason the U.S. Mint is obligated by law to produce however many gold and silver eagles the public demands is to maintain the “illusion” that we have a choice of currencies. If you want to transact your business with gold or silver, fresh coins to do so are being minted every day.

However, it’s a free country. Just because you want to transact in gold or silver doesn’t mean that Walmart or anyone else you’d like to do business with is obligated to accept your gold/silver coins. The sellers are also free to conduct their business in FRNs. Thus, your freedom to choose to transact using gold/silver coins is conditioned on the seller’s freedom also choose to use gold/silver rather than FRNs. He can take your gold/silver coins if he’s smart, but if he insists on being paid in FRNs, your gold/silver won’t be any good in his store.

For many years now the major grocery stores, gas stations, and motels have been technologically prepared for the big switch to the “cashless” transaction. I imagine the restaurants are prepared also. Why else have we been conditioned (bamboozled) in obtaining a (“Safeway or a RiteAid membership discount”) card which we happily carry for every transaction? Most motels no longer accept cash. When you ask them about it, they look at you as if you’re a shady criminal; and you drive away feeling like an outcast.

I know how you feel. I smile like the CHRIST and allow them to breach their fiduciary responsibility quietly. The only time I was ever required to show the cash card was late on Saturday night when the young clerk refused to awaken the hotel manager over it. I could have found a couch and snoozed until she did though. Breaching that trust in the corporation is serious business.

That is the leverage that comes in handy for me. What would the shareholders think of a clerk turning away good money?

    • David Merrill

World Services Authority – Washington DC. They provide ID and Passports worldwide under UN Charter, mostly to refugees who have no native nation and who do not yet know where they will soon be living. David, the attorney there will work with you so just provide the custom application with whatever information you are comfortable with – “Alfred Norman” for example.

We worked through the NAME issues – where one is logically compelled on a traditional passport, to consider his Name to include surname or family name.

The prisons we build, especially like this topic, are between our ears. The US District Courts moved cashless last year, for a few weeks. There is always a Post Office close to the federal courthouse, on the same federal enclave so I would instruct the new suitor to go buy a $400 USPS Money Order and return, with lawful money. [Notice – “Pay to” – not “Pay to the Order of…] I own the Fed and would not tolerate these pretending federal judges turning away good money like that. In my opinion that is legislating from the bench. Even before US CFC “judge” WOLSKI exposed they are all impostors the clerks were back to accepting cash filing fees.

Which begs the question, Who exactly owns the Fed?

Which begs the question (spoofing Jennifer Anne) – What’s in your wallet/

People like tucking the stock certificates in the billfold of their wallets. They simply do not know how to redeem them, and/or redeem themselves.

If you do not make your claim (redemption) then you will never ascend or own anything. All you do is discharge debt with private credit – remaining in the prison that debt has value. Ergo I own the Fed. If you are not of the same ORDER as I am, then you become an Individual. Stuck on the wrong side of the Evil Twin so to speak, in terms Al might remember.

I have been using World Services Authority ID and Passport for about twenty years now.

But I still remember the term “evil twin” insofar as I coined it as an early description of the the entity identified as “ALFRED N ADASK” as compared to the man whose proper name is “Alfred Adask”.

Thanks David Merrill for the info-jog regarding Colorado Springs military installation which appears to operate as the JOINT Command post for this planet, especially since the 9-11 false flag event. (Joint command with who?) At the entrance to Cheyenne Mtn there is a fancy memorial consisting of a piece of twisted steel girder from a Twin Tower where the top Commanders gather and dutifully salute, in total absurdity, honor, and devotion to a fraudulent event. (Right, a burning plane crumples steel and collapses “any” building.)

More serious than that, since 2013, this military installation is devoted to active PARTNERING with cops, sheriffs, police, etc. Makes me think we are already under a growing “martial law” situation.

THIS TYPE OF STUFF … really didn’t use to be “freely available” anywhere in libraries (prior to the Internet) …. THIS, HOWEVER, is copied DIRECTLY FROM Wikipedia… It is ONE FOURTH of the military – since I didn’t bother to copy NAVY, MARINES, OR AIR-FORCE…

Here are the other THREE FOURTH’S of it all… I didn’t include in the list that follows…

To say that on “September 10th, 2001” (day before) – the U.S. had probably 100 TIMES the amount of active duty military personnel – WOULD BE THE UNDERSTATEMENTOF THE THIRD MILLENIUM.

    Article 1, Section 8, Clause 12
    The Founders Constitution

“The liberties of a people are in danger from a large standing army, not only because the rulers may employ them for the purposes of supporting themselves in any usurpations of power, which they may see proper to exercise, but there is great hazard, that any army will subvert the forms of the government, under whose authority, they are raised, and establish one, according to the pleasure of their leader.”

    Read this one…!/articles/1/essays/52/army-clause

I’m all for a “Defense Department” in principle. In this age of WMD – having people who know about F-15’s, Air-Craft Carriers, and Bazookas is important. The US MILITARY (on September 10th, 2001) was probably 100 TIMES TO BIG.

Al said, “But I still remember the term “evil twin” insofar as I coined it as an early description of the the entity identified as “ALFRED N ADASK” as compared to the man whose proper name is “Alfred Adask”.”

Now invert. Rectify by convoluting the convolution. Return to the truth where debt has no value.

Blogs are great for quick blurt streams but do little to align order. Communication is creation – they are synonyms; but only beings of like ORDER can truly communicate. Your teachers and parents have stultified your linguistic progress. That was the plan. Compared to the Christian business plan going cashless is unworthy of thought. That is why I keep saying don’t worry about it.

Pay to the Order of Alfred Adask…$$$

Do you even know which kind of a priest you are? Do you mean Levi? (Sacrifice?) or maybe Melchizedek (pleasing to God by election?). Of course there are many others; I simply use the Bible on the presumption you are familiar with popular mental models.

Pay to the Order of ALFRED ADASK…$$$

Is there any difference so long as you believe the evil twins are real?

Will not you always be slave to the presumption Alfred Adask is trustee for the constructive trust ALFRED ADASK. Everybody knows the ALFRED ADASK is a dead thing, so nobody who knows anything about trust law is actually speaking to ALFRED ADASK! Who else will settle the charges against the ALFRED ADASK but Alfred Adask? The State? Of course the State will be left with it but then that is because you were so dead to the flesh you sat in prison.

They (judges) speak to the deluded individual who believes that is his name when his parents named him Alfred Norman when they welcomed him into the ADASK family. The curse of debt was passed down from your unwitting parents when they mistaught you that your name given or Christian name or names include the family or surname.

Your parents believed in debt/death/doubt, just as you do today. So China buys up 20% of the national stupid and get 45-second online house mortgages with no credit history to get out of toxic Beijing leaving a void in their “ghost cities” for the American white work force to go to work on two-year work visas. While visiting the NW I saw the credit flow in action.

Solution: break the Chinese national code – learn either Cantonese or Mandarin now. Or you might find yourself unable to enjoy the Chinese countryside while you are there.

There are more English-speaking Chinese in China than there are Americans in America.

So I say, Don’t worry. Nobody is going cashless except online where it is difficult to transport the stock certificates in the Fed.

All you do to stop a cashless face-to-face is hold the agent to the fiduciary responsibilities of the principal. Smile like CHRIST and let it sink in, requesting they consult with an attorney if need be. They are not supposed to be turning away good money!

The FRNs in your wallet are stock certificates in the Fed. You are the owner but only if you are redeemed. “They shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand…”

I do not grant Wikipedia the authority to besmirch UN Charter Law, to ingress and egress national borders of the member states.

But you can count on the people afraid of their delusions (namely that debt has value) to be the same people besmirching remedy whenever they can.

Do you see some of the linguistics?

They shall REMEMBER (unity with God/each other) upon demand… [This is the only order you will find so that you can understand and create off my Word.]

Make your claim; this is the 70th Jubilee – now.

They shall be REDEEMED upon demand…

They shall FIND REMEDY upon demand…

Redeem the note and you can redeem the stock certificate; same thing. Pass the note along and you just curse the recipient too.

    • David Merrill

      May 20, 2016 at 12:56 PM

P.S. A simpler explanation to the above post is that Congress has only provided one corporation the ability to reduce the value of their stock certificates over time – The Federal Reserve.

You may have heard that the Fed is not an agency of the US Government. True! It is an instrumentality and that, only for the one property. Congress has sanctioned the special property in the Title of the Fed Act (1913)… “to furnish elastic currency”.

It helps to comprehend the municipal jurisdiction of Levi – that particular ORDER. “city of Washington, District of Columbia”. I already linked the commission certificate from the Government of Washington DC here. So I will assume you are interested enough to go through the above posts.

What would you do with a stock certificate designed to be worth less tomorrow than today?

You would redeem it, I hope.

  12. David Merrill

    May 21, 2016 at 7:21 PM

Here are some more ways to make my point.

If you sign the naked contract on the backside of a paycheck, then you have endorsed private credit from the Fed. Now you have signed on with the Secretary and US Treasurer as surety for the value of the note. How good are you for it?

Well, since this is a Jubilee, and since I just pointed out something you already know – that the FRN is a stock certificate that Congress designed to depreciate in value over time – we might suppose that the good faith and credit of the debt-generators (endorsers of private credit) might be a little besmirched. But if you redeem and put the full security back on the US Treasurer and Secretary, who sign the front of every bill, then just pay attention to the remedy:

Would you trust the deluded pseudonomaniacs who do not even know their own names? Or would you trust the Treasury?

And now we are back on the good side of the law where it is offensive to besmirch the good faith and the credit of the United States by turning away its (central bank) notes.

In order to defy the law, legally, by removing the “everliving God” from his oath of office this District Attorney took out $5K insurance! But notice the policy is unsigned, so there you go. Would you trust in all this junk? Or do you trust in the law as a metaphysical self-executing program of creating love and truth?

Maybe you are starting to see it. Maybe not. Those who endorse private credit from the Fed, who believe debt has value and that one might create something of wealth out of nothing…

With the NY Fed making such admissions, is it any surprise how some people might not trust even cash?

David Merrill: “Therefore since I make my demand at every transaction there is only money involved. No credit. Therefore I walk away, never giving the store my name – only my demand. My name is private.”

Michael Joseph: Names are for relationships – and since you have no legal relationship [obligation] or fiduciary to the store, there is simply a demand and cash exchange.”

“Said another way to make things a bit clearer. Legal Name is legal to a certain State. Should we two pledge and create the Commonwealth of Happiness upon claim acknowledged THEN our Legal Name would only be legal to the Commonwealth of Happiness and the heads of the Commonwealth would see that value be transferred from the United States to the Commonwealth. It would be illegal from that point on to use a legal name in the United States for the Legal Name would only then be legal to the Commonwealth.

“Agreements could be made between the United States and the Commonwealth via treaty as per how the Commonwealth was constituted. Legal begs a relationship but one must define the parameters of said relationship as to be known within what framework.”

There you have it in trust parameters. Here is the good faith and credit of the United States dropping by one point!

I recall first meeting Al at the Wichita National Grand Jury:

It has been an honor to know such a seeker of truth, especially those times when Al would take my calls from the mountaintops of Colorado. He helped me form various notions leading up to my invention of Advanced Resonance Inductive Plasma Physics; a program designed to optimize resonance in the Table of Relative Weights that quite logically produced the Name of God and the Messiah.

Of course he probably had no idea of what was going on between my ears, in high-altitude hypoxia as we spoke.

My memory is excellent so I can trace easily the nerves I have touched, at least that Al felt were worth mentioning. One is the collapse of gold, as planned to $42.22/fine troy ounce. See the Page “3” of the Senate Report linked.

This is all about the conversion from gold to SDR’s (paper gold). Cashless conversion is just another revaluation rant to me. It would depend on the overtaking of cryptocurrency which is just another MLM.

Overall though, I think Al agrees that if Congress wrote remedy into law (1913) then that law, and remedy is worth studying.

        I don’t know what 1913 law/remedy you’re referring to. Can you specify?

Section 16 of the Federal Reserve Act:

“They shall be redeemed in gold on demand at the US Treasury…” amended in 1933 (check out the 20-year charter too – Second general power Section 2) to, “They shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand…”.

That other expert, across from Eugene SCHROEDER lectured about the charter expiring, in terms of a race horse bought time-share on Tuesdays. Then the guy with the same race horse brags about his race horse (Thursdays) and the bet is on. Come the Saturday race it is going to come clean about fractional lending – there was not enough gold for the run caused by the charter expiration so FDR went into the Bankers’ Holiday.

I have been waiting for you to approve the links in my explanation…

Do I need to write another post?

I get about 200 email a day. If I spend 3 minutes reading and replaying to each email, it will cost me 10 hours a day before I get started doing the reading, researching, and writing whatever I felt like writing. I don’t have time to read, let alone respond to every comment posted on this blog. And I surely don’t have time to view every video posted on this blog. I wish I did. But I don’t.

Thank you for all that you do. It does seem that you are very busy. What I gather from experience is that by posting links, this stalls out posting until you approve the links. Thank you for your time doing that.

Above, I have linked the Federal Reserve Act and its codification at Title 12 USC §411; amended from “gold” to “lawful money” in 1934.

“They shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand…”

There you have it. You can imagine yourself trying to play god, redeeming paper in gold – like gold has life or soul. You are what you eat, and you aspire to become whatever you worship. The difference with me is that I assume that Congress used the pronoun knowing that what is truly redeemed in this process is people. – Redeemed from the false balances of elastic currency – see the first sentence in the Title linked above, the Federal Reserve Act.

We find redemption in making the Demand, which at the current moment can be made by making Claim to Jubilee. I wrote out the Laws of Moses in paleo-Hebrew and translated it back to English.

Accordingly to law then, if you fail to make your claim then you will be publicly stood at the doorjamb and an awl will be put through your ear, showing you acquiesced to be a servant/slave of that house (Federal Reserve Districts) for life. You will become permanently chattel for the delusions you entertain about debt having value. – Even that you might be actively redeeming by chasing after metals.

This is the kind of world where it might become possible for governments to play cashless/cryptocurrency upon the downline of your petty greed.

If I recall correctly, there are two verses in the Old Testament in which, taken out of context, God says “the gold and the silver on mine”. That’s not much to go on, but I wonder if those verses imply that there is something about gold and silver that is uniquely the property of God. Have people been drawn to gold and silver for several millennia for spiritual reasons moreso than simple greed?

If it were true that gold and silver are somehow “God’s property,” they’d make ideal forms of money in that they could not be owned by the Federal Reserve or U.S. government in the same sense that Federal Reserve Notes are owned and loaned by the Federal Reserve. Government could “coin” money in the sense of certifying that a particular metal disk contained exactly 1 ounce (or 1/2 ounce, or 1/10th of an ounce) of 99.99% pure gold or silver, but government couldn’t claim to own that ounce of gold or silver. Government and/or the Fed can claim to own legal title to the FRNs in your wallet. I doubt that they could do same with gold or silver coins.

I won’t argue that this hypothesis is valid, but I will argue that it might be.

True hypothesis or not, it is an interesting approach. The exactness of e=mc^2 with centripetal force convinces me that the power of the creative mind is intense, as it creates an infinite universe; conversely the mind is infinite. Where would there be room for God in infinite mind?

But with all due respect for the astoundingly accurate models found in the Bible, let’s look at how the Israelites were “foiled”. Aaron wrapped a wooden figure of a calf in gold foil. Hence the Laws of Moses that I referred to and linked above.

Does not ownership always go to the creator?

One might press his or her spine against a large healthy tree for a few minutes to relate to the idea that there are two kinds of memory – cerebral memory that we are familiar with, about pyramidal neuron synapse in remembered configurations. What I encourage you to explore with the tree is cellular memory – genome. This is memory of EVERYTHING.

Aside from the thrill you give the tree – like driving a car for one… You might take away the notion of ego entrapment in time and space. Or since there is no room for God outside your own consciousness; cellular or cerebral memory, then conjoin the experience of Creation.

Now you will own everything and the question about precious metal becomes moot.

        Relating the hypothesis question to the point I was making then;

Is redemption for the living? Or for the dead, like metal. Within your hypothesis then God has the right to redeem gold, being that He retained ownership of gold (and silver). Would one be fooled (foiled) to think God values gold above any other thing? The erv rav (origin of riffraff?) were the Egyptian slaves who were allegedly capable of influencing Aaron into such a strange act – to build the golden calf. The Israelites were allegedly dazzled by it sparkling in the sun. So the model of a jealous God is that He owns everything and when you fail to give Him that recognition, you are in idolatry?

Now I fail to see the distinction between gold and silver, and FRN’s, what they can purchase and any other thing that can be valued enough to distract me from paying attention to this “jealous God”.

P.S. It occurs to me that the difference between Federal Reserve notes and lawful money, and the purpose of redemption is so that you can pay and own something rather than discharge a debt with private credit from the Fed. The grantor of the credit will always have a residual ownership of the actual property.

    As to David Merrill ideas:

You might believe and claim that you “own” a thing—–BUT “they” will still
    * take the thing away from you,
    * claim you are nuts,
    * or throw you in the pokey.
They refuse to understand your extensive paperwork. The problem isn’t what’s between “your” ears……it’s what is between THEIR ears. They are now operating full-bore PUBLIC POLICY, and brother you had better believe that they don’t care about Law this, or Law that. Not anymore.

As for purchasing anything from the World Services Authority, I would NOT touch it with a 10-foot pole. It’s another _ _ _ -racket created by SOLOMON Garry Davis who “claimed” to be a WWII pilot, who was setting the stage with the possibility of multiple or DUAL citizenships (an oxymoron) such as that of Ben Netanyahu, citizen of Israel and U.S. Abolishing boundaries and NATIONS is one of their many steps on the road to total domination by one set of elite/messiahs.

Plus, in a way you’re advocating and using the foreign communist U.N. (which illegally sits upon our soil) and its so-called “supreme” CHARTER. Talk about a “prison” between your ears !! egad

This suitor on the brain trust was in some trouble, out on bail for charges in two counties; complicated by probation violations – which are particularly tricky.

“The other night I was headed home on a motorway in Colorado in a car with one headlight, no left turn signal and was caught speeding 70 mph in a 50. The emergency lights flashed and they “officer” came up and I handed the docs and he said that he would just give me a warning for the headlight. He left to his car and returned in less than 5 minutes and handed me a warning and said have a good night. He never mentioned a warning for the speeding, which usually raises the most cash. This type of occurrence has come up several times and they waived prosecution for a reason, not quite sure as what it is. But if I had to guess it would be the challenge of the LOR along with the other claims made. There has to be something as I have not even received a ticket for numerous instances. To further state that the local Courts just want me gone and have bent over to see me off with the least amount of further damage. It is simply bizarre as others familiar with the legal ideas I presented with the help of others, some of them e-mail on this “club”. So then officials speak with me they get confused as to what is going on as the system just backed down.

Thanks again REMOVED and David Merrill.”

I believe the Bible. This is the year of Jubilee. All debts are to be forgiven. It was meant to be a blessing, but it will become a curse. After all the Blood Moon warnings last year, this is going to be a Jubilee for the ages. “Never let a good crisis go to waste.” Well, they are going to get their crisis to implement their cashless society. Gold and silver will be out lawed as well. You have until October. Prepare as best you can. Start thinking about barter. You Tube has a lot explaining these things. Bo Polny has done some good work.

The bible tells of seven year cycles.

Inventing the Fast RSA Factoring Algorithm caused a rash of hacking thefts but circumvented ‘cashless society’ entirely. Imagine if you will, the security built entirely into the inability to counterfeit the physical notes.

Notice the quote from Silent Weapons:

The Five Cube Sum Number Locks play an important role – note the 153 Fish are revealed in the Gospels – fishing off the right side (connect with the Female/Bride).

In other words if you pray in fear, you will get what you pray for. If you pray in love, again, you will get what you pray for. So again notice that the three aspects of physical being unite in ’emotion’. The ‘breath of life’ in the Bible is not RUACH – it is NESHEMAH – NESHMAT CHAIM. The rabbinical teaching is that the word RUACH is in that verse. Look for yourself.
