It’s up to We,the People? My short term memory isn’t as long as it once was, so please. would someone refresh my memory as to where I’ve heard that before.

Realizing that your comment was sarcasm, for those who don’t know. The words “We the People”, are the first 3 Words in the Constitution, and it’s written in large letters as to leave no doubts.

To be precise, “We the People…” is the opening to the Preamble to the Constitution. It states the reasons for and objectives of why the Constitution was created. Kind of like a “mission statement”.

The Transition to Anarchy; the next phase in human enlightenment. There is but one thing left to do. A voluntary judicial system predicated on participation and the reward for excellence. Come join me at Repairing The Scales of Justice.
or perhaps I will join you.

It appears H. Clinton is either a sociopath or a psychopath.

She could be both….the Clintons are big on those “2 for 1” deals.

What to do about it !>?
Petition ANY Federal Drand Jury with “beliefs of stated wrongs” which Jury has the Absolute Power to bring Indictment when the DOJ’ists wont.

We need to create a voluntary judicial system. On my website previous noted, I’ve been working on now to more effectively determine constitutional issues but I have not yet come up with how to handle local disputes. I think we may be able to feed off the Constitutional format.

If you are looking for a remedy within the current confines of government, you and I both know that doesn’t and could never happen. The Judiciary has always been a rubber stamp for the ruling oligarchy.

Anarchists and voluntarists have long been explaining this to the world. All social policies have contraindications because it legalizes the force necessary to take property from those it rightfully belongs to and redistribute it to those it doesn’t. Most of the conflict in the world today is directly indirectly derived from this simply phenomena. If societies cannot remedy this conflict amongst themselves how will they ever remedy the conflicts between one group of thieves (each government) and another. Governments essentially legalize theft and theft is wrong. A necessary evil? That is illogical. The U.S. now has over 115 different taxes and regulatory fees and we wonder why the lower middle class is so poor with 100,000,000 people living at or near the poverty line with over 40,000,000 million people requiring food stamps, with no potential remedy in site. What, build a wall and add more law enforcement?

Sean, This is not the first time such an action was tried. They always have historically failed. The Judges themselves are afraid of the potential retaliation from the Judges and Prosecutors higher up in the system. One Attorney here is Palm Beach Country, just for running against and winning an election bit against one of the more powerful Judges in Florida had his BAR membership striped and thus, the incumbent still remains in his seat. Whether you know it or not, once Judges are either elected or appointed and confirmed they can and are moved to the various positons within the State Court System by the Governor through Executive Order. They move them around to place those Judges the want to hear a specific case. It is not by random selection and thus is just another way that the system is manipulated by those in the more powerful positions.

If you are a scumbag Judge, you would want another scumbag to be on your team and thus the scumbags end up in the greater positions of power. It is a result of to much power in the hands of the few.

Just think, we have just Nine (9) people, determining the constitutionality of a law for a populations of 325 million people.

The Nation State in addition to being a confiscatory cartel, the system itself also becomes a protection racket to protect the confiscators.

A Grand Jury, Federal or County or State, is a body of jurists no Judge involved. Perhaps we miscommunicated. If EVERY Federal Grand Jury received a Memorial with the Petition, the odds would be certainly improved for an indictment upon the facts and admissions by the FBI
